Key Disclosures and Fees:

Special Requests: If you have a specific photo request, you must mention it during booking and before the shoot. Otherwise, our photographer will capture the images we deem necessary.

Property Readiness: Ensure the property is photo-ready with lights on and fans off. We cannot move heavy furniture but can adjust smaller items for composition.

Our Expertise: With over 7,500 homes photographed, we specialize in efficient shot lists, capturing both interiors and exteriors as needed.

Drone Flights: Weather and FAA-approved airspace permitting.

Licensing: Our Media Include usage rights for your listing or rental until sold. Selling or Redistribution is prohibited and protected by USA Copyright law.

On-Site Cancellations: A $100 fee applies if the property isn’t ready, the key doesn’t work, or access isn’t provided.

Additional Edits: Optional Photoshop edits (e.g., removing trash or cars) are $10 per photo.

Overcast Days: Cloudy skies offer natural, even lighting, and we provide free blue sky replacement.

Multi-Unit Pricing: Charged per unit for duplexes, triplexes, or multi-unit properties.

Preparing for Your Shoot: Ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready. Highlight unique features in advance.

Bird-Solutions is an independent contractor. This Agreement is effective until services are completed. It’s your responsibility to download the photos.
